Welcome! Sámh Sleep are ready to help you improve your child's sleep in just a few weeks.
Codladh Sámh is a beautiful Irish way to say 'sleep well, sweet dreams'. And that's all we want for our little ones. At Sámh Sleep, (pronounced 'sawv') we create gentle sleep solutions, tailored for families and their needs.
If you’re here, chances are your nights feel long, your days feel heavy, and you’re running on fumes. You’re not alone, and you’re not doing anything wrong. Sleep struggles with little ones are common, but that doesn’t mean you have to accept them as your family’s ‘normal.’ Don't dread the nights.
When your child sleeps well, you sleep well. And when you’re rested, you can show up as the parent you want to be—present, patient, and able to enjoy the little moments that matter most.

How can
I help?
I'm Róisín and I'm a certified sleep consultant and mum to two wonderfully busy boys who keep me on my toes and make me truly appreciate the value of sleep!
I have helped many families improve their child’s sleep and get their nights back. My approach is gentle, respectful, and tailored to your baby or child’s unique needs and your family’s values. There’s no one-size-fits-all method, and there’s no judgment—just support, guidance, motivation and practical solutions that actually work. I always love seeing the results.
There's no tricks or magic. Sleep consultancy is about using the science, experience and evidence to cut through the noise and focus on the routines and strategies that will work best for your specific family.
When you’re sleep deprived, it’s easy to try everything and see little progress. That’s where I come in. Think of me as a coach. We set clear goals together, create a focused plan, and I'll motivate you throughout.
Your plan will consider routine, rest, diet, exercise, health, temperament, developmental milestones and sleep environment. Most importantly, I support and motivate you to stay on track so you can get to the finish line.
